I bought a wireless mic set for my DSLR. It had a hissing sound in the background. I reported this to the store. Xolani said he'd set up anther unit on a similar camera to test. He did that and agreed he could hear the same hissing sound. He then set up a different brand and did a similar test. He sent the results to me to check if i thought it sounded better. It did. He then said i could bring the original unit in and replace it with one from the different brand. I did that and am now 100% happy with the results. This was an entry level item, not an expensive pro item, yet i received pro level service from Film Gear Accessories. Xolani went the extra mile to assist me. This is great customer service!
