Filly leather

I ordered a belt from filly leather Brooklyn mall, after waiting 3 weeks I got a size 40 instead of a size 30 with the wrong print. The person who ordered the belt also forgot to mention they don’t make the belt I ordered anymore. I went there last week Tuesday to return the belt and ask for a refund- it has been a week now and still no refund after I have called them twice yesterday. WORST SERVICE EVER.
