extremely poor service - TIA

the lady's, especially the one who works in the shop, is very difficult to work with, extremely *********** and odd, weird, rude. Unbelievable. I stood there for 45min trying to put an order on laser cutting in, and it was virtually impossible to work with the her... after 45min she said, she is scared that she will get in trouble with the factory due to the order details I was trying to put through... and asked me to come back the next day, when someone else was working in the shop!??

she is so ***********, it is hard to communicate logically, or rationally. Unbelievable, another incompetence story in SA where people get jobs not based on merit.

And then obviously, a week later, my order is late/not done as indicated and asked for... wedding present won't be present, at the wedding...

the other two reviews on filly leather, says pretty much the same thing. And of course, no response from the company, lol.
