Reject

Purchased a school shirt and noticed after a few wears it is a reject. Took it back and it was compared to another shirt. It was clearly visible that the stitching alignment is off. I was told my son MOVED the stitching. And a 50% off a new shirt is all he can do.

I understand the shirt was worn. But a reject is a reject. The 2nd guy couldn't even make eye contact when speaking to me. Basically told it is what it is and they can do nothing.

Are customers supposed to accept factory faults and be told you should have checked before wearing it. What is QC for?

Treated as if we were at fault. Terrible service
