Really bad service.
Ordered PLA from Stephans website that stated there is stock available. on the 27 Dec 2018 made my payment and Whatsapp Stephan to confirm if I can collect. my order. Stephan informed we that there is no material in stock and that he will be getting in the 2nd of January and that he will need 2 days to complete the order.
Yesterday Whatsapp Stephan to ask for an update of my order. Read the WhatsApp and did not reply anything. Today 7 of January 2018 Whatsapped again with no success.
Will not recommend placing an order with Filament Factory. Lack of communication will be the downfall of this business.
