CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERELY LACKING

I have ordered form this company , and I admit, I made a mistake on the order and realised within 3 days of placing the order. As I know It takes a while to manufacture the items I tried to contact Stephan , Who is the boss it seems on all the available media as on the website. Eventually Stephan rep**** that he will re invoice me on Monday, and yet I have not received anything. Really disappointed in this company.
