Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with Fila SA online. You cannot be an online store and have a policy that does not allow returns,exchanges and refunds. When a person buys something online especially shoes/sneakers there is a high chance that it might be the wrong size due to shoe cuts and stuff as you do not get an opportunity to fit it before buying. They have rejected an exchange on a sneaker size claiming that goods on sale/black Friday sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded according to their stupid policy so what must one do with a non fitting sneaker? We are now stuck with a sneaker we cannot wear as it's too small. They are a very useless online store I would not advise anyone to buy from there if only I checked the reviews before even wasting my money by buying from them
