Terrible online terms and customer service
Very disappointed!!!
Purchased sneakers online and for some reason the cut is small and they don’t fit well. I tried requesting for an exchange but Nooo…they having non of it 😭 I do all my shopping online and it’s my first time experiencing such. It’s not like I went to a store to fit so why do you not offer an exchange option for your clients!!! I am not asking for a refund but an exchange.
