Phone call harassment and rude consultant

I have always placed my order with you. the parcels are delivered within the expected delivery date. now U place my order with this company owning thins number ***. they have been harassing me since Wednesday the 6th of January. they are keeping my parcel I dont know for what.

poor service FILA SA why did you change your normal caurier to this new BEX harrasing company. can you tell me why they keeping my parcel with them ... Please let them not call me but I want my parcel. I am sorry but this Bex express is not on...
