Online not received

I made an online order on the 19 October 2021 and I have not received my order. When I call the manager by the name of Precious said they are still looking for one of the items from other store. I mean why do u give us an option to add items to cart when they are actually not there... He then promised to deliver on the 2nd November 2021. It never happened, I called on the 2nd and he said it's on its way with a gift. I would not recommend Fila SA to anyone to order online, worse my order was for my sister's birthday gift!
