DISAPPOINTING SERVICE RECEIVED--ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED!!!

I placed an online order on the 26th of November this year , the only correspondence I received was confirmation that my order was received and nothing else. I have had to made numerous follow up with them via email and I was told they will follow up with warehouse and get back to me before end of business, no communication received from them.This is trully frustration for such a great and big brand like Fila to provide such terrible customer service. I send mail and no response received at times, when I call the landline , it just rings with no answer. I wonder if I will ever receive this order before Christmas ...Truly disappointed....

Good Day, I got a call as promised on Monday and I was promised I would receive my order either yesterday or today , its 16h41, and I have still not received my order. I honestly do not know what to do anymore, honestly I dont. I dont understand whats so difficult , all I ask for is a DELIVERY... Surely thats not too much to ask for.
