Still no refund after 3 months.
Poor after sale service and communication. Almost 3 months later and we have still not received our refund for a product that was returned. After adhering to their returns policy. Their advertising is misleading, and their contact information is suspicious. They do not answer phone calls and do not reply to emails... 10k is a lot of money!

Not sticking to timelines, zero product delivery
This business never delivered the goods ordered and we had to start a charge back process. They never apologised, never attempted to resolve the matter and now have also been removed from Leroy Merlins website where I found them. I would be very careful of these guys as I cannot see them running a legitmate business. I paid for my goods, but month later received nothing.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience
This supplier does not deserve a single star. I strongly caution anyone against purchasing from Figure It Out Furniture, even when ordering through a large retailer such as Leroy Merlin. I placed an order for a dining room set (24K) through Leroy Merlin on 16 January 2026. By 3 March 2026, I had still not received my order. When I followed up with Leroy Merlin, I was informed that the supplier had marked the order as delivered and received. This was completely false. I immediately advised Leroy Merlin that no delivery had taken place. Upon further follow‑up, Figure It Out Furniture admitted that the delivery status was marked incorrectly on their side. Based on this admission, I requested a full refund without delay. Today is 20 March 2026, and despite repeated follow‑ups, no refund has been processed. What is most concerning is that: The order was falsely marked as delivered This misinformation only came to light after I followed up A refund was requested promptly after the supplier admitted their error More than a month later, I am still out of pocket I find it alarming that a company can falsely mark an order as delivered and then fail to refund the customer within a reasonable time. It is even more concerning that large retailers continue to contract with suppliers who operate in this manner. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a complete loss of trust.

They don't even deserve a star. I have been waiting for my refund of a purchase I did in May 2025, they failed to deliver as they do not advertise their own work but other businesses work. I have been pleading for my over R17k refund. All of them are ****s, from the sales person, to the finance department. Do not even waste your time and hard earned money with that ***** of a company full of ******
