Unhappy client

I bought a pair of shoes at one of the Figlia store I wore them for less than an hour when I tried to return them to get something else. I was told by the shop attended that it's an Indian shop and don't accept returns if the shoes were worn. I was disappointed about the answer and I am still not happy with the shoes and want to exchange them.
