Ridiculous buisiness ethic

Contacted them on whatsapp. I was about to place an order with them, just asked politely what their refund policy is if I don't receive my item... They tell me: "items will only be insured starting from R1000 and if I don't like it I better look somewhere else". that's such an easy way to lose clients. Honestly this is a ridiculous buisiness. These people don't know anything about Buisiness or tattoos. Stay away... They must Jack themselves up.
