Ridiculous

A bunch of *******.. I placed an R8000 order with them and when I received my order nothing worked. Non of the machines worked the inks were all knock offs.. Everything was absolute cheap ****.. The worst quality.. When I called the owner he told me he can't do anything about it as I've opened the package.. I mean how was I supposed to test everything.. And his answer to me was if I dont like it I can f@#k off.. He was screaming at me over the phone.. What a joke.. I would not recommend him for anything they are useless and a bunch of lying ******* with no business etiquette...He should be banned from the industry...
