extremely rude

I bought tattoo ink from this company and noticed that it expires in a few months, I called the supplier up just to be shouted at over the phone even though I was polite and calm. he had he audacity to tell me to throw the ink away and never to buy from him again or I can return the ink and pay an extra R530.00 for new ink. he did not advertise on his website that the ink is on special because it is about to expire and I just think it is extremely unprofessional to speak to anyone in the manner he spoke to me.
