I bought a couch last year in November 2018 at Fielli Woodmead, and the sales person is a guy called Jerry. To my surprise, I discovered that there is a motor missing missing. when i inquire , I was told that there was a problem with the current motor and it has been ordered at the head office (Durban). But I felt I was ****** as I paid in full. If I knew that, there was a problem I wouldn't have purchased it. Now I have been e-mailing the head office (Durban) and my since March 2019 and my mail is not been answered.

I don't know why Fielli woodmead is been so unprofessional, as I don't owe them but they do.
