Pathetic ,disgusting Customer Service Fielli Canal Walk

<p>If it is pathetic you are after ,then go to Fielli in Canal Walk.</p> <p> </p> <p>I orderd couches from them in August 2016 paid full price ,was told it will take two months for arrival.</p> <p>Two months came ,I went to the store to find out about my order ,only to be told to wait another week ...and I will be called by the store manager (gentlement ; cannot remeber the name but he looks like he is in his mid 50's ) ,never got the call and went back to the store only to be told by another store manager or supervisor (lady : Anita)that the couches might come end November and this was not even guaranteed as I was told they cannot give me guranty the couches will be there but they think they will come.I lost it and eventually ended up taking other couches (with the help of sales guy called Louis ,only one who seemed helpful) which I did not even order from the floor in their store and had to work around that.</p> <p> </p> <p>By the way the sales man Wesley who sold me all this was so useless to a point of ...what the hell is he still doing being a sales man.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also orderd wall paper from them which I was told would take 3 weeks and never arrived either ...upon going to the store to find out was told the wall paper is no longer available ...and no one cared to tell me this.The sales man (Wesley )nowhere to tell me what happened ...pathetic at its best .....</p> <p> </p> <p>As if this was not disgusting enough I asked that they refund me the wall paper money as I already paid for it in full as well...as at this point I had just had enough ,was asked to provide banking details ,which I did and was promissed to get my refund.It has been 7 days with nothing from them ,I call them today 29/11/2016 and the lady manager (Anita if I got her name correct) ask to provide banking details again so she can follow up ,then tells me they will try and refund me by Friday as they do payments once a week ,I lost it ....this is the worst ,disgusting shocking,bad ,terrible ,pathetic ...all combined have no words to explain my fustration with this store ..have never come across anything like this in my life....you think Fielli is touch of distinction ...well! well! well! wait till you deal with them.Will never ever buy from them in my life.</p>
