<p>We bought a 6 seater Lounge Suite in November 2011 from Fielli (R30 450.00) at Springfield in Durban. On the floor the furtniture was displayed as leather. The salesperson also told us it was leather uppers. After delivery we kept the furniture wrapped in our store room until end of 2012 when our new house was completed. The furniture was set up in the Formal Lounge which was hardly used. In February 2015 (2 years later) the furniture embarassed us in a gathering with family friends when it pealed off exposing itself that it was nowhere close to any lowest grade of leather. Whe reported the situation to Fielli and sent them pictures of the deteriorated furniture and copies of proof of purchase. They denied liability on the basis that we misplaced the Deivery Note, regardless of the legitimate proofs that we provided. </p>
