fabric sold as leather

A couple of years ago we bought what we were told a leather lounge suite from the branch in Salt River. Firstly the arm chairs were skew and after trying for a couple of months for Fielli to collect and fix them as promised we finally gave up. Then after about 4 years the arm chairs started flaking and we then discovered it was not leather. We tried contacting Fielli but we were unsuccessful as they were no longer based in Salt River. We then discovered that they have a new branch in Century City, after consulting with the shop assistant he advised us to email Fielli and liaise with head office. We did so just to receive an email stating that because the suite is older than 5 years (6years) they will not be assisting..... no apology for selling us **** leather and damaged goods. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
