Delivery fail

I bought dresser at Fielli cash on the 26 August 2015 and paid for delivery. They delivered the dresser a day late with some of the accessories missing. When I call to inquire I was told to go pick up even though I paid full for delivery. The latest I was told when I called was that I must go to a hardware near me to buy them. I stay 25km form canal walk and have no business that side for me to drive there to fetch something I already paid for.
