Non- Payment of service rendered

We conducted a transcribing service for Field and Insights in November 2020, we were initially adviced that it will take 45 days for the payment to be processed. The 45 days past and no communication to a point where our emails and calls were ignored. Such companies destroy the research industry with their ********* practices. I write this today we have not been paid for work done and submitted. When we look at our history with the company it seems to be a common practise that they don't keep to their word when it comes to paying for work that has been completed.

Every time they provide a date we have communicated that to our freelancers who are now suffering because of the ************* behaviour of Field and Insights. From our experience with them I can say that they don't live up to their core values, definitely not professional, lack integrity and not trustworthy.
