No work No pay

I would rate it lower if I could, Hi my name is Shaun Van Vogel on the 24th of November 2022 which we were notified that we would receive an incentive for it which amounts to R300 at the end of that month but till to date nothing has been received,I contacted Manje which was in charge of the (sports drink) survey campaign which we were told to communicate with with regards to questions and things I contacted Manje regarding the incentives I contacted her on the 13th December 2022 16th January 2023 7th January 2023 In the fields and insights group we were notified that there was an issue and we would receive our incentives the end of December which didn't happen, then I got in contact with Susan and we were in communication with regards to payment and she notifed me that Paul from accounts would call me which he did on the 20th January 2023 and we were told that we would receiver out incentives between the 20th and end of the month of January 2023 which we didn't and today is the 10th of February 2023, I've been sending emails to Susan with regards to feedback on the matter me and Kaydean both haven't received payments yet both of us participated in the survey, for a marketing company they lacking communication skills and they don't pay for services rendered, work no pay time and data were used to do the survey which came out from our pockets till today which is the 10th of Feb 2023 nothing has been received feedback came from it my contact number is *** this isn't right whatsoever because services were rendered but not payment which is unfair.... I shall post a review everyday until payment is received Thank you..
