Poor support and pending payout - Loan cancelled but DebiCheck still active
Processing my application on the app was relatively easy, but 24 hours later my funds have still not reflected. The biggest issue is the support team - trying to get a response has been an absolute nightmare. They take hours to reply, and when they do, they send a generic response, ask if I need anything else, and then immediately end the chat without resolving anything. Now my loan has been cancelled on their side, but the DebiCheck mandate is still active on my banking app, and their app says I can't re-apply for the loan. This feels very suspicious and unprofessional. I need this resolved urgently!
