Missing cigar

Bought cigars there the beginning of December for a Christmas present. The cigars were taken to the back of the store/around the corner and brought to us in a box. Trusting the store we did not think to check the box and it was wrapped the same day. When the box of cigars was unwrapped on Christmas, we found that one of the cigars containers that it came in was opened and that the cigar was missing...which was very disappointing. We went back to the store today to address the issue and again was met with disappointment. Even though we distinctly remember the cashier of the store walking away with the cigars and taking them around the corner before coming back to us with them in a box, she insists that that was not the case and that she packed the cigars in front of us, which she did not. At this point we would like to see the footage of what happened that day because there are cameras in the store and we would like to get to the bottom of this.
