Colm Rubotham...*****ing my invested ISA funds with fidelity.co.uk?

I have reason to suspect that Colm Rubotham ( allegedly an employee of fidelity.co.uk) has tried to ***** a portion of my funds invested with fidelity.co.uk. He may be doing this with the assistance of Fidelity.co.uk. I cannot confirm this as Fidelity has locked my account. Allegedly for security reasons - they sent me a spam post asking me to take a photo with my passport etc. - I didn't fall for that, but what do I do now? How do I get my money back?
