YOU ARE NOT SAFE!!!!

Fidelity is the worst security company! I do not feel safe at all because no agents are sent when the alarm goes off. The customer service call center is also very useless! I complained a week ago about their lack of response to my alarm and have still not received feedback! I'm cancelling this useless security service!
