Xenophobic security

I just had a request in Camps Bay at 8 Fishkraal Camps Bay. when I got there I parked on the neighbors driveway partially. ATD patrol vehicle came by and stood next to my car. 5 very young girls came out, told them no it's an overload. The patrol vehicle went to no8 and spoke to the gent that came out from there. Trip was canceled. I then drove to the patrol vehicle to ask him something. Then gent was yelling at me that I must move, I must move. I asked why, cause I want to ask him something. What's the matter. Then says no he didn't release am xhosa if I was Zim he was going to tell me to f off. Still he is yelling, possibly he is under the influence... it's the rudest and xenophobia that just gets to me. Since when is adt like this, since when are we not welcome to ask patrol vehicle questions.
