Wouldn't recommend their services - Fidelity Bloemfontein
fidelity marked my payment history on credit bureau as 90 arrears over a credit that should've been processed by them last year already. I've spoken to about a dozen people, the technical department lady, her name is Yvonne keeps on promising to sort it out and now I have 90 days areas on my credit report.
wouldn't recommend their services, clearly there is no communication between departments and as it stands I'm still awaiting a call back.

Ever since the post I'm sure the entire company called me and my problem still persist, their calls are not recorded its a back and forth continiously.
Stay away and safe yourself the trouble.
