WORST SERVICE FROM FIDELITY CASH SOLUTION

Hi. We are extremely disappointed service level we are getting from the fidelity cash solution. We also so disappointed with such a terrible service we are getting from sales lady " ELSIE PIETERS". wE USED TO BE A G4s client and she promised us we'll get top both service. So far it is the worst service we are getting it. Whenever we have an issue with a cash master machine or something else almost impossible to get service. We have been trying to update our deposit account for almost 6 months but still no luck. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR CONTRACT ENDS. WE LL NEVER EVER CHOOSE ANY FIDELYT PRODUCT WHOLE OUR LIFE THAT IS FOR SURE BECAUSE OF SERVICE LEVEL WE ARE GETTING NOW! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!
