WORST SERVICE EVER

I would like to share my disappointment and unhappiness with the service I've experience. Yesterday I've called the Heidelberg branch to please send out a vehicle to my house, because there was a suspicious car standing outside me yard for an hour and a half. They advised me that they don't send out vehicles anymore from their side I must call the other office that's dealing with it. When I've called them, the receptionist tried to put me through to the guys dealing with it, nobody answered. I was forced to call back again, and nobody answered AGAIN. I called for the 3rd time and left a message with her to ask them to send the car out and the person to please call me. Nothing was done. Is this the type of service we're paying for?? Luckily for me the car left, but my concern is, what if they come back after a few weeks. The worse thing that you guys have done, was to merge with ADT. I've been with them previously and that was the service they used to deliver. They took 25 to 30 minutes to respond to an emergency. When I've decided to go back to Fidelity, that's when you've decided to merge with them. Worst mistake ever!! Your responses used to be so effective and quick. This needs to be address urgently PLEASE.
