Worst service ever

I am ntomboxolo alicia getyeza, my Adt alarm has been off for over 2 months now & no one has come to my house to sort this matter. I have made numerous calls regarding this matter & was promised some one would look into the matter. My children are not safe because I work out of town most of the time & I am a paying customer to receive such a ridiculous service. ***
