Worst security company in Paarl

Worst experience ever. When somebody tried to break in, we got them out my yard, told them exactly where they went to. Refused to send response unit out in Paarl. Wolf responded and I am not even their client. ADT just lost another client after more than 15 years

Jaco phoned me and we discussed the way forward with direct contact no and I believe it to be resolved. Will give them another chance. It would appear rather to be a "call centre/respnce centre" issue. Thanks Jaco for your prompt response and solution.
