Worst Security company

i Have been battling for more that an year now to get my account fixed. NOTHING is done ! now I received an SMS to say I need to pay my overdue amount ! We were taken over by Fidelity without even consulting us that our security company changed . i have spoken to numerous people - Priscilla in accounts to inform her that we have paid the previous company and I will not pay Fidelity again ! she promised to sort it out for me, was quiet for a few months, now they are starting again. I don't even see ANY FIDELITY SECURITY VEHICLES in our community ! but they are quick to increase the amount and to put additional petrol levies , for what service ??? pathetic company
