Worst customer service ever

I have written on Hello Peter about my account , I have called several time to which they promise to get back to me within the day . But nothing it has now been three weeks for a simple query . And nobody there cares enough about their clients to actually do their jobs. I might be a small fish in your income pond and this will never do anything , but I do not want to be associated with your group anymore. Please cancel my contract and come get your device as I would rather sign up with a smaller business whom actually cares.
