Worst alarm company

Ever since I had the alarm installed it’s been 1 problem after the other. I keep getting “temporary solution’ something is always wrong with their system. I have a new battery installed in march( not even a year after I had the alarm) because apparently it was damaged, also the app on my phone is forever offline even now. Their technician came to my house last week and ever since then my app is offline and every second I’m receiving notifications after system failing them being restored immediately. The whole day I’m receiving those notifications.
