why is the company try to foste us not to leave?

hi my name is patricia,i hv been working for fidelity since 2011 it ws a 5yrs contract in suncity den de contract hs come to an end we a no serving de notice bt de manager did gv us nothing till 2 day n we a left with 6 weeks den we a out of he do is 2 convince us 2 join de next company or yo resign.can u guys plz talk to de manager in charge at suncity b4 we do sumthng dt can harm de company? plz we want retrenchment bcause its de end of contract dats all.
