What is the use of security (Adt)

Poor service and respons times. On the 22June 2018 i had a alarm that went off at my premises isn Nelspruit. Fedility Adt gave me a call and was instructed to respond. They went out and left there card that stated everything was fine. On the 23rd i wanted to work with tools that i had just to find it was ******. On the day Adt said everything is fine. There responce time for this incident was more than 10 minutes with a guard that is sitting under a tree not more than a km away from my premises. On 1 July i had another incident where the alarm went off they called me at2 am i did not answer so they called the second contact. Who told them to send a guard. At 02:15 i called the call center to cancell the guard as i already chased the intruder ojt of my yard. At 02:18 the guard arived still after i said they must cancel.
