Waiting months for assistance to fit my backup battery

I have been waiting months for someone to call me back to assist with installing my backup battery. Because I did not want to pay for someone to come out to do it, you promised you will have someone call me and walk through what needs to be connected seeing that your guys just pulled the old battery out and left the cables loose. I have tried several times to get assistance to no avail. Not a good impression for a new customer of yours & someone sitting on the committee to decide if you will be getting the contract to covering our entire area with cameras, dedicated vehicle etc.
