I contacted ADT in June they told me to send my cancellation email to them, So I did. To explain ... So when load shedding happens our battery does not last long after being replaced many many times, every time power comes on they call to ask the password. I told the repeatedly that we don't stay there anymore, gave the owners number repeatedly, we all know how much load shedding we had last month so it was annoying!!!! but they ignored us. Again 8 July I sent an email to *** telling them to stop taking money from my account and cancel my account the bank said because I have accepted the Authorization it cannot be cancelled from their side, Never will I accept such a thing ever again!! ... this morning AGAIN they have taken R560 from my account .... Wahl Bartmann is their CEO and Today I will find a way to contact him regarding this ... I moved to Eastern Cape in June from Gauteng and these c*nts seem to ignore my cancellation! After many many years of good service their office staff is appalling! I have again sent an email now with a copy of this Hello Peter report to the and will forward all this to the CEO!
