VERY POOR service from Fidelity Security Services

We have been with Link-up security for over 20 years and NO complaints. Since Fidelity Security Services has taken over in Piet Retief it was problems from the first tme our alarm went off,NO reaction unit. Since then it has happened multiple times. We were told there was only 2 reaction vehicles for the whole town and the location. Alarm went off 2 tmes this morning. Phoned the switchboard to ask what was going on? They said they tried to phone us but no answer. I asked well do the reaction unit come to our house when we don’t answer,the lady said yes they do and the reaction officer was at our house but the walls are too high nothing he can do. Well if the ******* can climb over our walls and ***** our hosepipe and black dustbin then for sure security can do the same. The reaction unit came out now and I was told the don’t climb over walls because of injuries that can occur. The reaction officers is not the problem,they only do what they are told and go where they are told to go. It looks to me like making profit is more important then the safety of people.
