Very disappointing service from Fidelity security at Mall of Africa!!!

This actually doesn't deserve any star! 23rd September was the worst day of my life and the people whom I hoped would help failed me. I was at Mall of Africa Ackermans with my son doing some shopping. As the store footage shows, two ladies stood next to me and as I was busy selecting clothes for my son they stole my bag, and since they were "ladies" I did not think they would ***** from me so I didn't pay attention to them. The bag had my baby's nappies, my phone and my purse. They then took my purse and phone then dropped the bag on the other side of the store.. I was soo hurt the store manager then called the security, we showed them the footage and he said that he sent out a message to his colleagues to look out for the ladies as tbey knew one of them (she once stole from clicks). In that devastating moment I then went up to the security control room to ask them to view their passage footages and check where those ladies ended up because there might still be in the mall and the responce I got was "I have to go open a case with the police then come with them to the mall to view the footage because tbey cannot help me unless I come with the police" I was soo shocked because it didn't make sense to me.. I mean by the time I got there with police which would have been hours later those people would be long gone. I thought this was very stupid and I was super hurt as I was hoping to catch those ladies so I can get my phone back. I want people to know how useless Fidelity security at mall of africa was when I needed their help the most... I MEAN WHAT COULD HAVE ****ED THEM FROM JUST CHECKING WHERE THOSE TWO LADIES ENDED UP AFTER LEAVING THE STORE... I even had the time they left which was gonna be helpful to the security when playing back the video. People must be extra careful when they go to mall of africa because if something happens then the security won't be there tk assist.. I stay close to the mall but because of the incident I now shop at menlyn because I don't feel safe at MOA anymore!!!
