Very disappointed with the service provider

Hi my name is neela Mansraj I'm very disappointed with the service from this company I got an sms saying that I owe r819 and I'm unemployed and only collecting a old a grant they want to charge me for excessive arm response but when my alarm goes off they take an hour to come to my house...plus the credit control lady was very rude to on the call her name is sadhana Mahrajon can someone from management please call me ASAP regarding this matter because the debit order will go off my account on the 15th of May.... my contract number is ***
