VERY BAD SERVICE

I called on Friday 8 December 2023 to report a fault on my alarm system. I spoke to a lady called Danielle for 25 minutes. She couldn't sort my problem and said she would ask a superior to call me back. She dropped the call and I never got a call back from a superior to raise my concerns. I called again and spoke to a lady called Theresa and then Jaylene. I asked Jaylene to get me a superior to call me back. A lady called me back by the name of Courtney. She said she was a supervisor. She explained me a lot of things and promised that a technician would come and check out the problem that I was experiencing with my alarm system. I also had to ask for extra patrol because the alarm was not working. Today Monday 12 December 2023 I called and spoke to Clivani. He said to me a technician was booked for after hours and again I was not happy. He ask to call me back in 2minutes and then he said a technician was never booked. He was rude on the phone. I am really not happy with the service. He said the technician will come today and will call an hour before he will come to my house.
