Very bad service

Fidelity Secure Drive is a nightmare. 1. To fit device, I had to go to them (FDT), 240km. 2. Please if you got IPhones, stay away from Fidelity Secure Drive, the system don’t fully operate on the IOS system. My opinion you will pay 100% monthly fee, for a system that works only 50%. 3. I am getting messages in the night that my car door was opened which is not true. I phoned them it seems to be a lose wire but they don’t even try to send someone out to come and fixes it. 4. With iPhone in my hand I get in the car, I drive around, I am supposed to get messages on my Iphone, immediately but I only get messages after 30 minutes plus. On The Android device a women voice talks to you if something happens to your car, while IOS you only get messages. 5. After 2 and half months I still don’t know how much I must pay p/m. 6. I am still waiting for a contract which they were supposed to email to me. I never ever had such bad service.
