Useless Security company

Fidelity is sending me letters of demand because I'm refusing to pay them after my house was broken into and their alarm did not even go off. My alarm was serviced Feb 2020 but I was shocked when the break in happened in September 2020 and their office told me that my alarm has been off since March 2020 so meanimg that the last time it was active was Feb 2020. So until now no one has bothered to tell me as to what exactly happened and who should replace my ****** TV and music system. So what am I paying for? Everytime when I call they all send me from pillar to post, telling that someone will call me. Until today I'm still waiting because now they want me to pay over R4000, for what exactly
