Useless

<p>I was at the Kolonade on the 06/06/2017 when i went to get dinner inside the mall. I was parked in an area that we had to pay for parking presuming it would be more secure. While i was buying food a bag with a work laptop was ****** from behind my seat of my bakkie. This almost lost me my job and cost me thousands of rands in study materials as well as another thousand rand to have my lock and door fixed. When i questioned the security gaurd as to why there were no security guards in the parking lot where people had to pay to park while there were plenty of guards where people dont have to pay, his response was the guards get tips there so they work there. I havent been able to get in touch with any management regarding the situation and after getting into the car to leave I was disgusted to see the two guards leave the area and go back to the place where they would get tips. I then had to pay for my parking before i could leave the area. Fidelity should be shamed for this. How can you charge people money to park in an area and then do nothing when there was clearly a crime committed. USELESS!</p>
