Urgent Concern Regarding Security Personnel Conduct

am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of the security personnel at my residence. Despite addressing this matter with the supervisor on multiple occasions, the issue persists and has now escalated to a point where I feel compelled to seek immediate intervention. I believe my privacy is being infringed upon. As a tenant, I engage in personal activities within my home that cause no disturbance to others. However, I have repeatedly experienced unwarranted intrusion from security staff. I am deeply troubled by the perception that this treatment is linked to my ***uality as a *** man. Such behavior is discriminatory, derogatory, and unacceptable. I pay R18,000 in rent each month without fail and have never caused disruption or harm to fellow residents. It is therefore extremely distressing that my private space is not respected. The repeated presence of security personnel in my personal environment is both invasive and a violation of my rights. Earlier today, I attempted to contact your office to speak with HR, but understandably there was no response due to the holiday period. Nevertheless, I request that this matter be investigated urgently. Please be advised that I will also be reporting this incident to the Security Board. As a property manager myself, I am well aware of the governance obligations between lessee and lessor. I therefore expect a prompt and formal response to this complaint. Best regards, L
