Unsatisfactory service

I am very irritated by Fidelity Security Services. The tracking unit installed on my car was not working for 3 months at some point, and it just started working by itself again. It is now depleting my battery, and every morning I have to jump-start my car due to a depleted battery. I have had my battery checked at Willard, and it's still in a good condition, they even printed me the test report as proof thereof. I requested for them to remove it two weeks ago, and to date, no one has come to remove it.
