Unreliable Fedility security company

More than 3 weeks ago I had a break in at home. I then realized I needed security. I called around and finally 3 days later someone came through from Fedility. He was very helpful in telling me about different packages. I immediately joined and payed for the full package immediately.

Today it’s the 7th of February 2021 still no installation and yet I payed in full. I don’t like unreliable companies. I want them to pay back my money within 24 hours I will find another security.

This is Dishonesty. How do I trust they will be reliable in future how? First week of the new month gone without installation and yet I paid full amount my last penny immediately I joined.
